My Actifit Report Card: June 30 2024
Whenever I travel, I strive to do something which goes beyond the usual touristy crap. When it comes to Aachen, nobody can miss the old town and the world-famous cathedral, right? I did not skip it either, yet there was more to explore. Including Lousberg Hill, which seems to be just the place to pin to my Actifit account Worldmappin profile and submit to the #buzzpartyaachen challenge. Why so? Well, it is arguably the best place to go jogging or even biking if you live around. I did meet many sporty people there – I must admit I only took a walk myself.
Anyway, this green island above the city makes you feel as if you entered misty mountains or teleported to Ireland. Sneak a peek for yourselves.
Besides potential future Actifiters, Lousberg lures foodies. The former water tower was refurnished as a fancy revolving restaurant with breathtaking views over the city (that's what they claim). However, I preferred the strip of green sea over the snobbish dining venue. How about you?
