MI PRESENTACIÓN // MY PRESENTATION
Greetings friends!
Permítanme presentarme, mi nombre es José Acosta, soy natural de Maturín estado Monagas, Venezuela, actualmente vivo Cumaná, ciudad marinera, ribereña, primogénita y mariscala, capital del estado Sucre, Venezuela. Cuna de poetas, cantores y libertadores como el Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho Antonio José de Sucre.
Allow me to introduce myself, my name is José Acosta, I am a native of Maturín, Monagas state, Venezuela, I currently live in Cumaná, a seafaring, riverside, first-born and marscala city, capital of the Sucre state, Venezuela. Cradle of poets, singers and liberators such as the Great Marshal of Ayacucho Antonio José de Sucre.
De mi persona puedo comentarles que me gusta la lectura, la música, la pintura, el cine; me considero una persona cordial, amable, respetuosa, con virtudes y defectos como todo ser humano, pero siempre dispuesto para aprender y crecer en lo personal y profesional.
I can tell you about myself that I like reading, music, painting, movies; I consider myself a cordial, friendly, respectful person, with virtues and defects like every human being, but always willing to learn and grow personally and professionally.
Llegué a Cumaná para estudiar en el Núcleo de Sucre de la Universidad de Oriente, institución de la cual egresé como Licenciado en Física. Posteriormente, cursé estudios de Maestría, Doctorado y Postdoctorado en esta prestigiosa institución. Actualmente soy docente en la UPTOS Clodosbaldo Russián, ubicada en la ciudad de Cumaná, con 20 años de servicio, en esta casa de estudios he desempeñado varios cargos gerenciales que me han dejado un gran aprendizaje y una experiencia de vida la cual atesoro profundamente.
I arrived in Cumaná to study at the Sucre Nucleus of the Universidad de Oriente, an institution from which I graduated with a degree in Physics. Subsequently, I studied Master's, Doctorate and Postdoctoral studies at this prestigious institution. I am currently a teacher at the UPTOS Clodosbaldo Russián, located in the city of Cumaná, with 20 years of service, in this house of studies I have held various management positions that have left me with great learning and life experience which I treasure deeply.
Tengo la dicha de ejercer la docencia a nivel de pregrado y postgrado, en este último he sido invitado por varias universidades del país tanto para dictar unidades curriculares y seminarios, como para ser Tutor y Jurado de Tesis de Grado. También tengo la dicha de haber dictado ponencias y conferencias, dentro y fuera de Venezuela, he publicado artículos científicos en varias revistas internacionales y libros especializados.
I have the joy of teaching at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, in the latter I have been invited by several universities in the country both to teach curricular units and seminars, as well as to be Tutor and Jury of Degree Thesis. I also have the happiness of having given presentations and conferences, inside and outside Venezuela, I have published scientific articles in various international journals and specialized books.
Una de mis metas actualmente, a nivel personal, es incursionar en la blockchain, por lo que me toca escudriñar en mi interior para dejar que emerjan los talentos dormidos para ir avivando el fuego que permitirá iluminar y encauzar el camino hacia este mundo fascinante y cautivador. En lo profesional, estoy por emprender nuevos proyectos fuera del ámbito universitario con el firme propósito de continuar creciendo y brindando oportunidades a todos aquellos que estén dispuestos a cultivar sueños y cosechar éxitos.
One of my current goals, on a personal level, is to venture into the blockchain, so I have to look inside myself to let dormant talents emerge to stoke the fire that will illuminate and direct the path to this fascinating and captivating world. . Professionally, I am about to undertake new projects outside the university environment with the firm intention of continuing to grow and providing opportunities to all those who are willing to cultivate dreams and reap success.
