After having purchase Dr.Blight, I managed to get to Diamond I after being stuck in Diamond II last season. Thinking that I was reaching Champ II in the past, it's kind of frustrating. However, I had to put this into perspective. This season not a single player has reach Champ I, only 63 have reached Champ II. So overall I believe it's not us getting weaker but the algorithm becoming more demanding :-)

It's frustrating as it used to be easy to hit champion league. Then harder.
Then easy to each champion I. Then harder.
Every season it's gotten worse.
Not sure how it works but i can feel the difficulty.
