This is a great topic and everyone should learn and understand about this.
It is when you coach, you actually see your teams full potential!
I can relate to this topic since in my current workplace, my potentials are not even considered let alone use them.
I can do a lot lot more given the right mentorship but sadly it's not being implemented.
I hope this changes!
