Sunday 20211003. The plan was not to go out and continue to isolate in my room before a while. I had bread for breakfast as I had gone to the supermarket the day before.

星期日 20211003。计划不出去，，继续在我的房间隔离。因为前一天去超市，所以早餐有面包吃。

The oximeter and and thermometer told me I could do what I planned to. A major cleaning of the room.

The curtains were already taken down the day before.

Moved the laptop to the side and remove the bedsheet, comforter cover and the mattress protector. I asked my wife to put on mask and gloves when I handed here the bedsheet, comforter cover and mattress protected for washing.

My wife gave me a bottle of Febreeze to spray on the mattress and pillow.

She also gave me some dettol to add to the water which I started using to clean the windows.

Then cleaning the wardrode although I didn't really opened it when I was isolated.

The fan would help dry the mattress and pillow.

Then I started cleaning and washing the toilet.

Break time was a banana which was part of what I bought on the Saturday before.

Lunch was cup noodle.

The good thing about those plastic tables I bought from Ikea was I could totally sprayed water and wash them.

My wife made a chrysanthemum tea with wolfberry for me.

Outside, it seemed quiet enough.

Later in the afternoon, my wife ordered Bee Tai Mak from Toastbox via Grab.

下午晚些时候，太太通过 Grab 从土司工坊叫了米台目送来。

I hadn't cut my nails since I started isolation and rest time was a bit of nail cutting too.

自从我开始隔离以来，我就没有剪过指甲。休息时间也有修剪指甲。

She had ordered a toast with the bee tai mak earlier and that was snack.

太太之前叫Grab送来的还有一份吐司，那是我们的点心。

It was late in the night but the time the bedsheet and mattress protector were washed and dry.

已经是深夜了，床单和床垫保护套才洗碗和烘干。

I put them back on the bed.

我把它们放回床上。

A last snack before bedtime and a ginseng extract to get ready to go to workplace the following day for the first time after "discharge".
