Sopa de pescado fresco y salado 31021 (Fresh and salted fish soup 31021)
Saludos, amigos de @foodies. Esta es mi primera publicación en esta comunidad, y deseo compartir con ustedes la preparación de una sabrosa sopa de pescado que hice junto a unos hermanos de la iglesia. Espero sea de su provecho:
Greetings, friends of @foodies. This is my first post in this community, and I want to share with you the preparation of a tasty fish soup that I made with some brothers from the church. I hope you enjoy it:
Sopa de pescado salado y pescado fresco, para treinta personas:
Salty fish soup and fresh fish, for thirty people:
Ingredientes:
Ingredients:
3 kilogramos de pescado salado;
3 kilogramos de pescado fresco;
12 kilogramos de vituaya o verduras;
1 kilogramo de harina de maíz;
1 kilogramo de limón; y
Sal al gusto.
3 kilograms of salted fish;
3 kilograms of fresh fish;
12 kilograms of vituaya or vegetables;
1 kilogram of corn flour;
1 kilogram of lemon; and
Salt to taste.

Lo primero que hacemos es colocar el pescado salado en un envase con agua para que pierda un poco la sal que tiene en exceso y que le da su sabor especial.
The first thing we do is to place the salted fish in a container with water so that it loses a little of the salt that it has in excess and that gives it its special flavor.
Posteriormente, encendemos la leña y colocamos la olla con agua para que vaya hirviendo.
Afterwards, we light the firewood and place the pot with water to boil.
Luego limpiamos la vituaya, quitándole la concha, lavándola y picándola. Una vez limpia, echamos la vituaya en la olla para que vaya ablandando.
Then we clean the vituaya, removing the shell, washing it and chopping it. Once cleaned, we throw the vituaya in the pot to soften it.
Una vez blanda la vituaya, colocamos el pescado el pescado en el agua hirviendo, para que se cueza.
Once the vituaya is soft, we put the fish in boiling water to cook it.
Por último, preparamos unos bollos con la harina de maíz y los echamos en la sopa, junto con el jugo de los limones, previamente exprimidos.
Finally, prepare some buns with the corn flour and add them to the soup, together with the juice of the lemons, previously squeezed.
Dejamos que todos los sabores se mezclen por unos minutos y retiramos la olla del fuego.
Let all the flavors mix for a few minutes and remove the pot from the heat.
Podemos servir para que vaya enfriando un poco, y luego a disfrutar de este manjar preparado con mucho amor.
We can serve it to cool a little, and then enjoy this delicacy prepared with lots of love.
