On this occasion, I want to write about motivation, especially in educating children, as parents of course we all really hope to be successful in educating children

In an effort to educate children, Islam has outlined several things and the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) has set some examples that can be followed, especially for us as parents. Some examples in educating children to achieve a quality generation can be mentioned as follows:

First
The guidance of a newborn baby for the call to prayer to be heard in the right ear and the iqomat in the left ear is in accordance with the hadith of the Messenger of Allah which must be understood here that it is not true that the call to prayer is for boys while the iqomat is for girls. once heard to a child when he was born is about the greatness of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala and also as the forerunner of spiritual intelligence in the development of children for the next and protect newborns from the devil's interference.

Second
Giving a good name, a good name is the identity and the first sign given by parents, a good name is a name that has a good breath and meaning contains prayers and hopes from parents for their children by giving a good name. the meaning of the name.

Third
Always pray for children, Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam always listens to dhikr and prays for his children, as parents we are supposed to imitate the behavior and procedures of the Prophet educating his children, Let's always pray for the good and safety of our children because Whatever the story, parents' prayers are very efficacious, so don't get tired of praying so that our children become good children, not naughty and don't pray for children with bad things even though we are very angry and irritated with their behavior.

Fourth
Educating children with love and affection, the Prophet Muhammad was a very patient and loving person, attentive to children, he liked to be close to children, he did not hesitate to hold children, rub his head, kiss children with affection, this We should imitate and follow. Don't distance yourself from children, love them with affection, invite them to joke, tell stories and play, build intimacy with children, they need love and attention to develop their basic intelligence.
Children's self-confidence is very important in shaping their personality, especially social skills, love and appreciation of parents are very influential on this,

Fifth
Prioritizing character education and character education, Islam recommends prioritizing character and character education because no matter how high a person's knowledge is, if his morals and character are not good, there is no point in it that must be harmonized, namely building emotional, spiritual and intellectual intelligence. Don't just pursue grades in school. but also must pay attention to the moral and character education aspects of a child, when working in a character company is also very concerned about someone who is honest and diligent has more potential to succeed than someone who is smart but deceitful, these things must be considered by parents since the child is still young. small so that it is hoped that the success of the child's education to become a child who is useful for the religion of the homeland and nation and is devoted to his parents.
