Tiny Grass Blue Butterfly
This is a tiny butterfly, one of the smallest butterflies I have seen! I found several in the bush outside of my house. Although in some ways similar to other grass blues, this one is quite distinctive in appearance, even ignoring its minute size. This butterfly is often seen in the grass, flying and standing on twigs with the wing closed. I rarely found them with open wings which were really wanted to see how they look like when their wing was opened. It is called tiny grass blue butterfly, a little cute winged insect that is commonly seen resting on the twig. It belongs to the family Lycaenidae, in the order Lepidoptera.
