Jollof rice is one of the most popular and enjoyable rice in Nigeria, i will give you the steps in preparing jollof rice in my country Nigeria.
The ingredients needed in preparing Jollof rice are
Rice
Fresh tomatoes
Fresh pepper
Maggi
Onoins
Vegetable oil
Tatashe
Salt
Tomatoes paste.
Steps in preparing Jollof rice to your satisfaction;
Soak the rice with hot water for 25 to 30 minutes.
Blend your tomatoes, onoins, fresh pepper, tatashe, ginger. Then you par boil it till there is no more water.
Put the pot on fire, let it heat up then you put your vegetable oil then onoins you leave it for 1 to 2 minutes before you add your tomatoes paste.
Add the things you blend and parboiled in step 2 to the pot for about 8 minutes then you put your salt and Maggi to it.
Finally you add your rice and some water in the pot mix everything together to give you the taste you want.
Mind you that is not all you must check the food once in a while if more water is needed but if no then you are set to enjoy your self prepared jollof rice 🍚

The ingredients needed in preparing Egusi soup
Blended melon
Water
Vegetable leaf
Salt
Crayfish
Pepper

Steps in preparing Egusi soup:
Blend melon, onions, pepper and little water
Put water, pepper, ponmo, crayfish, fish and palm oil into a pot allow it to boik for 13 minutes
Add the things you blend in step 1 to the pot and stir them together, then you leave it for 10 minutes
Then finally you put your vegetable leaf mix it together then leave it for 4 minutes your delicious Egusi soup is ready for you to serve yourself and enjoy.

The Ingredients needed in preparing Moi- Moi
Beans
Vegetable oil
Red pepper
Crayfish
Seasoning
Salt
Onoins
Step in preparing Moi-Moi:
Put your beans inside water for about 30 minutes to peeled the skin off
Wash the beans again to make sure all the beans skin is gone
Then yoh blend the beans, blend the beans with with red pepper and onoins till it is smooth
Put the grounded beans in a bowl or anything comfortable for you
Then you add your vegetable oil to the grounded beans and mix
Add your seasoning, salt and grounded crayfish
Then you scoop everything you have mix into a rubber a cup or cups depending on how many you want.
Lastly put the rubber cup inside the pot and cook for 40 to 50 minutes and your Moi-Moi is ready for consumption.
